Search for a Badge Member

The search feature on the Badge Members screen allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within the Member's name or the Badge's name. You can also filter the Badge Members screen to show only Badges of a specified level.

To search for a Badge Member:

  1. Select Rewards from the top navigation bar, then select Badges > Badge Members from the side navigation menu. The Badge Members screen is displayed.

  2. Optionally, in the Search field, enter the desired text string.

  1. Optionally, from the Level drop-down menu, select a Badge level. The default is Any Level.

  2. Click the Search icon. The screen is refreshed to show only the Badge Members that meet your search criteria. If you entered multiple search criteria, the Badge Member must meet ALL criteria.

  3. To sort the search results, select the desired sort order from the Sort By drop-down menu. The default sort order is by: Date Created.

  4. Optionally, to remove all search criteria and revert to the default criteria, click the Clear icon.

For each Badge Member, the platform displays the Badge's name and level, the Member's name, the date the Badge was granted, its expiration date (if defined), and its current status.

Once you have found the desired Badge Member, you can view the following detailed information:

  • Click the Member's name to view the Member Details screen. See Member Details for more information.

  • Click the Badge's name to view the Badge Details screen. See View a Badge for more information.
